Carrie Lynch is an empowerment specialist, mentor, educator, speaker, author, and prayer consultant.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Theology, a Master of Science in Statistics, a double Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Statistics, and a Master Certificate in Project Management, blending analytical insight with spiritual discernment to develop practical systems and strategies for growth.

She is a prophet and teacher with a mantle of prayer. She equips believers to discover, develop, and confidently walk in their God-given spiritual gifts.  She carries a heavy apostolic grace to help individuals grow in intimacy with God and train individuals, teams, and ministries in prayer.

Carrie Lynch brings over 13 years of church leadership experience and 30 years of community and religious service, including leadership development, biblical education, prayer and intercessory training, and spiritual warfare classes through prophetic and apostolic ministry.

She has served as a speaker and teacher at churches, conferences, and public platforms. She regularly teaches at Impact Kingdom Alliance (IKA) and One Voice Many Tongues Company of Prophets (OVMTCOP) under the governing Apostle Dr. Addrienne Whitfield.  She is the Director for Office of Administration at IKA.  She is also on the Board of Directors for the One Voice Many Tongues Prophetic Alliance (OVMTPA) and helps govern and develop prophetic strategies.

Carrie Lynch is the Founder and Pastor-elect of New Birth Apostolic Center.  She is a teaching prophet with revelation, carrying the glory, and flows apostolically with an evangelistic calling—uniquely positioned to equip emerging five-fold ministry leaders for maturity and impact. While the current focus of her organization is equipping people in prayer and intercession, she is steadily expanding her work to develop five-fold leaders with sound doctrine, spiritual authority, and confidence.

She is the devoted wife of Elder-elect Clifton Lynch and remains a passionate worshipper, intercessor, and studier of the Word of God. She is dedicated to helping others overcome personal challenges and fulfilling kingdom purposes with courage and faith.
