Loved and Gifted LLC provides:

● Coaching and mentoring services

● Online courses and workshops

● Prayer and intercession training

● Speaking, teaching, and preaching services

● Digital products (books, devotionals, journals, guides)

● Physical products (prayer tools, books, materials, prayer-inspired apparel, hand-embellished

jackets and handbags, jewelry, accessories, and other prayer related merchandise)

● Membership communities and programs

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or products. If you are under 18, you

must have parental or guardian consent.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Creating an Account:

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

● Provide accurate, current, and complete information

● Maintain the security of your password and account

● Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

● Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated

Payment Processing:

● Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

● By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees

Refund Policy:

● Digital Products and Courses: All sales of digital products and online courses are final.

No refunds will be provided after purchase due to the immediate access to digital

content.

● Physical Products: Physical products, including but not limited to prayer tools, books,

materials, prayer-inspired apparel, hand-embellished jackets and handbags, jewelry, accessories,

and other prayer-based merchandise, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and

in original condition. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Jewelry and accessories must be

unworn and returned in original packaging. Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact us to initiate a return. Approved refunds will be processed

to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return

shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

● Coaching/Mentoring Services: Refunds for coaching or mentoring services are

handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with services, contact us within

7 days of your first session.

● Events and Workshops: Event tickets are non-refundable. If an event is canceled by

us, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Content:

All content on our website and in our services, including but not limited to:

● Text, graphics, logos, images, videos

● Course materials, worksheets, and handouts

● Audio recordings and video content

● Books, devotionals, and digital downloads

● Website design and layout

You may NOT:

● Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others

● Record, screenshot, or capture video or audio content (unless explicitly permitted)

● Use AI or other technology to replicate, reproduce, or mimic our teaching style, voice, or

● Share login credentials or access with others

Violation Consequences:

Violation of intellectual property rights will result in:

You agree to use our services in a lawful and respectful manner. You will NOT:

If you participate in our membership communities, group coaching, or online forums:

● Treat all members with respect and kindness

● Maintain confidentiality of others' personal information and prayer requests

● No spam, self-promotion, or solicitation without permission

● Stay on topic and contribute constructively

● Respect different perspectives and beliefs

We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services Provided "As Is":

Our services, courses, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Guarantee of Results:

● We do not guarantee specific spiritual, personal, or professional outcomes from our

services

● Your results depend on many factors including your effort, commitment, and personal

circumstances

● Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of your results

Spiritual Guidance:

● Our coaching and teaching services are for educational and spiritual enrichment

purposes

● We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals
